The governors office shall be devolved to sub-county leves on a rotational basis for a preriod not more than 30days.
TRADE, ENERGY AND INDUSTRY
Every sub-county to have energy centuries.
Every sub-county to have designated industry area.
EDUCATION DEPARTMENT
Devolved education to be managed at the sub-county, Will partner with KNUT and KEPSEA to advice the management of education.
HEALTH
Will be devolved 100% and managed by proffesionals e.g doctor's union,
We will pen one referral hospital and construct one cancer center in every sub-county.

The journey has been rough but we still stay focused. Despite not winning any seat in the last general elections, I want to encourage our members not to give up as the future is brighter. Elections come and go but forever we will remain as Kenyans, let us embrace each other for the harder times ahead.
